I am not him. I am sorry for that, whoever he is to you. If it is any comfort, I will be glad to aid you however I can during your stay here. While I doubt it will be as short as you say it will be, I will keep hope somehow you are right.

I'd like to know what I can do here if it does turn out to be reality. There's no sense waiting on that.

Sadly, it is reality. Thankfully, there is much to do around here to help others prepare and fight. Can you tell me where your skills lie or what special abilities you might have? That way I can tell you about the things you will be most able to do first.

Well, I do have some training in martial arts, but compared to people like you it's hardly worth bringing up. I'm excellent at paperwork?

Do you know much about science? Research for example?

I only have a high school education of it, but I was excellent in class.

That is a lot more experience than some of us have. There is a research project going on right now and I am sure those involved would love your help, but this is not a safe place to discuss the details.
