...No, I don't think there's anything wrong with it. While I can't say I'm all that special, you at least deserve someone that won't be too hard on you over every little thing.

If nothing else, it'll truly make me happy to have you as my partner in all of this.

Sorry--I must seem like I've lost my mind, right? Here I was going to try and act normal, but I can't really manage it right now.

[Diarmuid raises a hand to his chest and flattens it over his heart.]

In my head, yes, I am confused, but somewhere in here I know this is right and how things should be. If it makes you happy, then there is no reason for me to question it. It may be another thing I cannot completely understand, but I want you to be happy. More than anything.

I'd...I would like it if you could be happy too. I don't know how this is going to end or if I can even pull this off, but even so I want you to be happy somehow.
